Built from vault markdown → generate_ninja_binder.py → static HTML → headless Chrome PDF.
Weeks 2–6 retain 1.0 voice; voice unification is a dedicated later pass.
Anchored in-page navigation (like the Forge navigator) is a planned enhancement once page anchors stabilize.
